For successful business meetings, workshops or conferences, our bright conference room with a beautiful view of the Rhine is available to you – perfectly equipped for all the requirements of your event.

The 60 m² room offers space for up to 35 people and is equipped with a high-quality, fully equipped “6-in-1” mega smartboard (86” / approx. 2.2 m diagonal). Ideal for Teams or Zoom meetings, the integrated video, microphone and camera system enables interactive presentations at the highest level.

Whether you are planning a small meeting with coffee and tea or a complete package including culinary delights – the “Lu Mar” restaurant, located in the hotel and independently operated, will take care of your guests’ culinary needs.

Your Conference Package

The rental fee for our air-conditioned conference room is €375, including 1 HD 6-in-1 86" Smartboard, 1 flipchart, 1 pinboard, notepads, and pens based on the number of participants.
Soft drinks in the conference room will be charged based on consumption.
The coffee and tea flat rate (self-service in the lounge) is €6.50 per person.
Our restaurant LuMar will gladly take care of your catering needs (upon request).
